1. Choose your time through Fresha
BOOK NOW offers an optional enquiry form, with a direct continuation to the approved Vivo Body Studio Leeds Aqualyx Body service. Check the service name, date, price and terms before completing any payment. This website does not collect your card details, create a second appointment or require you to complete the optional enquiry form.
The owner-approved minimum Aqualyx Body charge is £99 for an eligible area up to 125 cm², with £19.99 for each additional 25 cm² or part thereof. The £30 booking deposit is deducted from the total. A practitioner confirms suitability, actual scope and the final charge; surface area does not determine injection dosage. One 60-minute appointment is intended to cover consultation, assessment, clinically suitable components and aftercare. Complimentary Supersonic and RF components are subject to individual suitability and the applicable product and device protocols; a component may be deferred or omitted.
2. Attend VIVO Body Studio Leeds
The Leeds clinic is at Brooklands Court 1, Tunstall Road, Leeds, LS11 5HL. Use the clinic page for the map and practical visit information. If you have access needs or need to confirm a parking or arrival detail, contact the team in advance rather than relying on an unverified assumption.
Bring your main questions and be ready to discuss your health history, medicines, allergies and previous treatment through the appropriate clinical process. You can write down the concern you want assessed and what change you would consider worthwhile; you do not need to arrive with a self-selected clinical protocol.
3. Have a proper face-to-face conversation
Ask to understand the exact product, the proposed area and why that option is being considered. The practitioner should explain limitations and alternatives as well as any potential benefit. You should know who is responsible for treatment and follow-up before deciding.
Useful questions are specific: what is included in my quote, what would make you advise against treatment, how will recovery affect my normal day, and how do I contact clinical support? Ask for written information you can take away. NHS advice supports allowing time after consultation to consider the decision.

4. Decide whether to proceed
Same-day treatment is the intended option only where assessment, the applicable product protocol and informed consent support it. It is not a promise attached to the booking. You can ask for more time, decline or arrange another conversation if something remains unclear.
If you are clinically unsuitable, treatment does not proceed and the owner confirms a full £30 deposit refund. Other cancellation terms are separate from this exception and from your right to make an informed treatment decision.
5. Leave knowing what happens next
If treatment takes place, ask for your written aftercare, the clinical contact route and the planned review. Confirm how you should raise concerns outside normal appointment hours and what would require urgent medical care. Do not leave with only a general instruction to message if needed.
If treatment does not take place, ask what has been agreed: more time to consider, another assessment, an alternative or no further action. A good first appointment ends with a clear next step, not uncertainty about what you have paid for or what you are expected to do.
Your questions, answered
Is the WhatsApp consultation the same as the appointment?
No. WhatsApp is for general questions and appointment support. Clinical assessment and the decision about suitability take place through the appropriate face-to-face process.
Can I book and be treated on the same day?
That is the intended journey only when availability, assessment, the applicable protocol and your informed decision allow it. Booking does not guarantee treatment.
What if I want more time?
Say so. You can take time to consider the information and decline a procedure. Ask the clinic to explain any appointment or cancellation terms separately.
