Start with your own goal
Write down the one or two changes you want to discuss, in your own words. You do not need to diagnose the tissue or choose the treatment first.
Mention any fixed event date, limited recovery time or budget. These are useful parts of deciding whether treatment is right for you now.
Prepare for a private health discussion
Prepare an accurate list of medicines, supplements, allergies, health conditions and previous procedures. Ask the clinic how to share this privately; a general enquiry form is not the place for medical records.
Explain concerns about needles, discomfort or recovery. Do not stop prescribed medication or leave information out to appear suitable. Ask what needs clarifying before a decision.
Know who will assess and treat you
Know who will assess you, who would treat you and who handles complications. Ask about relevant training, insurance and professional registration where applicable.
The NHS recommends consulting the person who will perform the procedure and checking their skills. A website logo does not establish a person’s qualifications. Ask the clinic who will treat you and about their relevant experience.
Ask about the actual product, not only the brand name
Ask which product is proposed, why it is appropriate for the area you want assessed, and what its limits and risks mean for you.
Marllor’s current Aqualyx Cosmetic page states topical use. It does not establish authorisation for injection. VIVO confirms use of genuine injectable product at Leeds. For product and treatment questions, contact contact@vivobodystudio.com.

Use these questions to test the proposed plan
Use this checklist to leave with a clear plan. Ask for an everyday explanation whenever something is unclear.
- What do you think is causing the concern I have described, and can this procedure address it?
- What would you expect to remain unchanged, even if treatment goes as planned?
- What are the important risks for me, and who would assess a complication?
- What are the alternatives, including waiting or having no procedure?
- When will we review the outcome, and how will any further treatment be decided?
- What will I pay, what is included and what happens if I am unsuitable or change my mind?
Same-day availability is not an obligation
The intended journey allows same-day treatment only if clinically suitable and you freely consent. Booking an appointment does not commit you to injections.
Ask for written information to keep. You may take time, ask more questions or decide against treatment.

Prepare the practical details for Leeds
VIVO Body Studio Leeds is at Brooklands Court 1, Tunstall Road, Leeds LS11 5HL. Check Find Us and your appointment confirmation for directions and arrival details.
Use the exact Leeds Fresha service to choose a time, or WhatsApp for general appointment questions. Clinical suitability is assessed face to face.
Your questions, answered
Do I have to have treatment at the consultation?
No. Same-day treatment is conditional on suitability and informed consent. You should be able to ask questions and take the time you need to decide.
Can WhatsApp confirm whether I am suitable?
WhatsApp can help with general enquiries. It does not replace the face-to-face clinical assessment or establish that a particular injectable product is appropriate for you.
What if I cannot answer a medical-history question?
Tell the practitioner what you do and do not know. Ask whether records or clarification from another professional are needed before a treatment decision.
