A deposit is part of the price, not an extra treatment charge
A £30 deposit is part of the treatment price: £30 paid upfront plus £69 remaining equals £99. It is not an extra £30 charge.
If your assessed treatment costs more than £99, the remaining balance changes accordingly. Keep your payment receipt and ask for the total and balance before proceeding.
What ‘from £99’ does and does not tell you
The owner-approved minimum Aqualyx Body charge is £99 for an eligible area up to 125 cm², with £19.99 for each additional 25 cm² or part thereof. The £30 booking deposit is deducted from the total. A practitioner confirms suitability, actual scope and the final charge; surface area does not determine injection dosage.
Each additional 25 cm² or part thereof adds £19.99. For example, 126, 136 and 150 cm² each cost £118.99; 151 to 175 cm² costs £138.98. Area is a pricing guide, not a dose or suitability calculation.
Complimentary Supersonic and radio-frequency body treatment are included for eligible Aqualyx appointments, subject to individual suitability and the applicable product and device protocols. The intended 60-minute visit includes consultation, consent, suitable treatment and aftercare; the practitioner may defer or omit a component. No particular result or added benefit from combining treatments is guaranteed.
A complete course price has not been set. Do not multiply £99 by an assumed number of visits and treat that as a quotation.
Check the whole proposal before comparing prices
Compare the scope, practitioner assessment, aftercare and review arrangements as well as the headline price. Two clinics may quote for different treatment plans.
Ask for an estimate you can keep. Allow for your own travel and practical recovery arrangements when deciding whether the commitment fits your circumstances.
- Which area or areas does the quoted price cover?
- Are consultation, aftercare and any planned review included?
- When would a further payment be due, and what would trigger it?
- If more treatment is discussed later, will you receive a separate quote first?
- What happens to money already paid if the proposed plan changes?
Clinical unsuitability and other cancellation reasons are different
The owner confirms a full £30 deposit refund if the practitioner finds you clinically unsuitable. Changing your mind, missing an appointment and other cancellations have separate terms; do not assume this exception applies to every situation.
A deposit is not consent to treatment. If the booking provider’s wording and clinic information differ, ask the clinic to resolve the difference before you pay.
Understand how to move an appointment
Use your Fresha booking information to check how to move an appointment. The currently observed online rescheduling limit is 48 hours; within that period, contact the clinic.
A request to change a time is not confirmation that it has changed. Wait for the new booking confirmation rather than creating a duplicate appointment.
Price clarity supports a decision; it should not rush one
The NHS advises considering the full cost, including aftercare and possible future treatment, and taking time to decide. No countdown or pressure offer is needed.
Fresha handles booking and payment. Opening its link is booking intent; only the provider’s confirmation establishes an appointment.
Your questions, answered
Is the £30 deposit added on top of £99?
No. It is deducted from the treatment total. A £99 treatment has £69 remaining after the £30 deposit.
Does £99 cover a complete course?
£99 is the starting treatment price, not a course price. Any further sessions need an individual clinical plan and quote.
Where can I calculate an area-price estimate?
Use the calculator on the pricing page. It includes measurements between 25 cm² bands and rounds each additional part-band up. The assessed scope, suitability and final price are confirmed by the practitioner.
