Describe the specific concern: a lower fold, fullness above the waistband or a difference in your side profile. Say when you noticed it and whether it changes.
Mention previous surgery, scars, pregnancy-related changes, discomfort or a new lump. Not every abdominal change is a fat deposit.
Fat, skin and abdominal muscles need separate consideration
Ask the practitioner to distinguish local fat from skin and underlying abdominal structures. Discuss what might change and what would remain.
After pregnancy, separated abdominal muscles may contribute to a bulge. Leeds Teaching Hospitals provides assessment and physiotherapy information; a cosmetic injection is not a treatment for that condition.
Agree the boundaries of the proposed area
Agree whether the proposed area is a small lower section, the upper abdomen or a combination. Neighbouring flanks are not automatically included.
The practitioner must assess the abdominal concern, confirm individual suitability and explain the proposed scope before any treatment.
Plan around waistbands and your normal day
Discuss waistbands, seat belts, lifting, work and exercise. Ask for guidance that fits your normal routine rather than planning around a promise of no downtime.

Agree when to review the area and how to compare it fairly. Consistent front and side photographs can help; consent to clinical records is separate from consent to marketing.

What the £99 starting price means here
The owner-approved minimum Aqualyx Body charge is £99 for an eligible area up to 125 cm², with £19.99 for each additional 25 cm² or part thereof. The £30 booking deposit is deducted from the total. A practitioner confirms suitability, actual scope and the final charge; surface area does not determine injection dosage. This is not a promise to treat the whole abdomen. Agree its exact boundaries and any further costs before consenting.

Will this correct a post-pregnancy abdominal bulge?
That cannot be assumed. The cause needs assessment; muscle separation and other abdominal concerns require appropriate advice. This page does not market Aqualyx as a treatment for diastasis recti.
Are the lower abdomen and love handles one area?
Do not assume so. Ask the practitioner to explain the proposed boundaries and price; the current booking link is the general Body service.
How many stomach sessions will I need?
There is no verified universal Leeds number. Any plan must follow the current product instructions, your assessment and review of response.
