The booking deposit is £30 and is deducted from the agreed treatment price. At the £99 starting treatment price, the remaining balance is £69. A personalised treatment quote may differ from the starting price.
Check your booking confirmation for the amount paid. If external service text or your confirmation differs, contact the Leeds team before paying again. This website does not take payments.
If treatment is clinically unsuitable
If your practitioner finds you clinically unsuitable, the owner-confirmed policy is a full refund of your £30 deposit. This specific exception remains part of the clinic’s policy; it does not describe every cancellation situation. No processing timescale is promised.
A suitability decision is made by the practitioner, not by this website or a WhatsApp marketing exchange. Do not conceal relevant medical information to avoid a cancellation concern.
Changing a date or time
More than 48 hours before your appointment, use online rescheduling through Fresha. Keep the updated confirmation. If the change link is unavailable, contact the Leeds team.
Within 48 hours, contact the clinic. This statement does not itself promise a refund, waive a charge or establish a late-cancellation fee. Cancellation and refund requests are reviewed individually. Contact the Leeds team with your booking reference so they can explain the outcome; your statutory rights and the clinical-unsuitability refund remain protected.
Other cancellations and refund requests
Cancellation and refund requests, including a change of mind, a missed appointment or a clinic cancellation, are reviewed individually. This does not remove any refund or other remedy required by law. The full £30 deposit refund for practitioner-confirmed clinical unsuitability remains protected. No course purchase is offered by this website.
Contact the clinic through the contact page to discuss an existing booking or a payment issue. Keep your booking reference available, but do not send payment-card details or medical records in an initial WhatsApp message.
