A back fold is not a complete treatment description
Point out the area you want assessed and explain how it changes with posture or clothing. A fold alone does not establish the tissue involved or the right treatment.
Mention changes, scars and any lump
Mention scars, previous procedures, pain or a new lump. A new or concerning lump needs medical assessment; do not assume it is suitable for cosmetic treatment.

Ask exactly which part of the back is included
Ask which part of the back the proposal covers and whether neighbouring waist or flank areas are separate. Agree the measured scope before comparing prices.
VIVO lists the back under Aqualyx Body. The practitioner assesses individual suitability and the exact treatment boundaries in person.
Plan for an area that is harder to inspect yourself
Discuss bra straps, uniforms, sitting, sleeping and carrying a bag. Ask how these may affect recovery and whether you need help checking an area that is hard to see.
Keep written aftercare and a clinical contact for concerns. Use an approved secure channel if the clinic requests photographs.
Keep the comparison fair and the quote specific
Agree consistent photographs and a review date if your progress will be recorded. Position and lighting can change how a back fold looks; a favourable angle is not a measured result.
The owner-approved minimum Aqualyx Body charge is £99 for an eligible area up to 125 cm², with £19.99 for each additional 25 cm² or part thereof. The £30 booking deposit is deducted from the total. A practitioner confirms suitability, actual scope and the final charge; surface area does not determine injection dosage. The minimum is not a whole-back package. Your practitioner confirms the eligible area and scope before treatment.
Your questions, answered
Can a back lump be injected as a cosmetic fat deposit?
Do not assume that a lump is a cosmetic fat concern. A new, changing or worrying lump needs appropriate medical assessment before discussing aesthetic treatment.
Is lower-back treatment the same as love-handle treatment?
The boundaries can be described differently. Ask the practitioner to name and explain the exact proposed area and quote; no combined package is assumed here.
Will you publish my progress photographs?
Clinical records and marketing publication require separate consideration. This site does not collect body photographs, and patient-result publication requires its own verified permission and approval.
