Separate recovery, assessment and the next decision
Recovery, outcome assessment and planning another session answer different questions. They do not have to happen on the same day.
Before treatment, ask for the planned review points and what might change them. Knowing when to check progress is more useful than judging your appearance every morning.
Why a study schedule is not your personal timetable
A published injection study followed seven women treated around the inner knees. It does not establish a results timetable for stomach, arm or flank treatment in Leeds.
A useful timescale should relate to the exact product, method and area proposed for you. Ask what evidence supports it and how individual recovery may vary.

Agree what a worthwhile change would mean to you
Describe the change you hope to assess: a particular fold, side profile or local contour. Ask whether the proposed treatment can reasonably address it.
Body contouring is not a weight-loss target. A scale reading or change in clothing fit alone cannot establish what caused a difference. Agree how the treated area will be assessed.
Make before-and-after comparisons fair
Consistent pose, lighting, camera position and clothing make before-and-after photographs easier to compare. Different framing may limit what a genuine pair can show.
Check the treated area, dates and treatments involved. Missing captions cannot be filled in from the photograph, and another person’s result does not predict yours.
- Compare the same view, rather than a front photograph with a three-quarter pose.
- Check that the stated assessment date is after the relevant treatment, not simply the image upload date.
- Ask what the result cannot demonstrate as well as what it appears to show.
If the change is less than you hoped
If you see less change than expected, arrange the planned review before buying another session. Ask whether it is time to assess the result and what further treatment would aim to achieve.
You can pause or stop. Take time to consider the likely benefit, cost and recovery before making another decision.

What needs confirming for Leeds
Your practitioner should agree an individual review plan. A timetable from a topical product page or another procedure does not establish when your injection treatment result should be assessed.
Mention an upcoming wedding, holiday or other fixed date before deciding. Leave room for uncertainty rather than booking around a guaranteed result.

Your questions, answered
Will I see results within seven days?
We do not promise a seven-day result. Ask the practitioner for the assessment schedule supported by the actual product, proposed area and your individual circumstances.
Does a before-and-after photograph prove how long my result will take?
No. Even an authentic, properly described photograph documents another person's experience. It does not provide your treatment plan or predict your result.
Should I book another session if I cannot see a change?
Arrange a review first. Discuss whether it is time to assess the outcome and why further treatment would or would not be appropriate.
